In battery cell manufacturing we have successfully used atmospheric pressure plasma from TeSe. And when a cleaning step has to fit into an automated line, we clarify early and together what can be integrated cleanly. That saves a great many loops during the project.

How this feedback comes about

The feedback comes from very different situations. Some of it is from customers who have been running one of our systems for years — there, what counts is what holds up over time. Other comments arise much earlier, during a trial on the actual part, before it is even decided which process fits.

Such trials take place in our application laboratory in Nürensdorf or, where the task calls for it, directly at one of our equipment partners’ plants. You bring your parts, we clean them using the processes that suit your contamination and your material, and you see the result on the original part.

We only publish statements that the company in question has approved in writing — in the wording they formulated or confirmed themselves. That is why this page is short and grows slowly. Genuine statements matter more to us than a long list.
