System categories
TeSe AG plans and supplies industrial cleaning systems as a full-range provider — from compact ultrasonic tanks to fully integrated inline lines. The choice is driven by part, contamination, volume and cycle time rather than by a fixed product catalogue: many tasks can be solved in more than one way, and the system concept follows the process.
- Batch systems — cleaning of complete batches of parts in baskets or drums; suitable for bulk goods and larger quantities cleaned in a single run.
- Single-piece-flow / inline systems — cleaning of individual parts in step with the production cycle, integrable directly into the manufacturing line.
- Ultrasonic tanks — immersion cleaning with ultrasound, available in various sizes and frequencies.
- Wash baskets and part carriers — part-specific baskets and carriers as the interface between component and machine; they have a significant influence on the cleaning result and on handling.
For batch systems and aqueous cleaning TeSe works with Karl Roll, for inline solutions with RL Automation.
Wet-chemical cleaning: aqueous, solvent — or both
For wet-chemical parts cleaning, TeSe relies on machine technology from Karl Roll — for aqueous cleaners as well as for solvents (hydrocarbons, modified alcohols).
One key to reliable results is the cyclic pressure-change process, which Roll now uses in both aqueous and solvent-based machines: rapidly alternating pressure and vacuum cycles drive the cleaning medium into and out of blind holes, capillaries and complex geometries — and then support complete drying.
Where the contamination calls for both approaches, the RCTS with TwinTec technology combines two worlds in one hybrid system: solvent and aqueous cleaning media run in the same machine — each contributing the strengths of its process chemistry. Following the principle of “like dissolves like”, solvents remove non-polar organic contamination such as oils and greases, while aqueous media take care of polar contamination, emulsions, salts and particles.

In addition to cleaning, RL Automation also provides oiling & preservation — precise, controlled oiling, for example for watch cases and stamping strips.
Consulting
TeSe advises on a technology-neutral basis: we recommend the suitable process, not our own product. At our Nürensdorf site we carry out surface analyses and trial processes on your original parts — so the system choice rests on a real cleaning result rather than a brochure. Which system category fits also depends on floor space, media and downstream production steps; we clarify these questions before sizing a system. Terms: 1–2 hours of tests free of charge. In-depth feasibility studies: CHF 1’200 per day, 50% creditable against a machine purchase.
