Industrial parts cleaning: process overview

Six core technologies, one neutral recommendation: we suggest the process that fits your part, not a single brand's. 1–2 hours of tests free of charge at our application lab in Nürensdorf.

Which cleaning process fits your part?

Suggestion without guarantee. Our engineer confirms it in the free cleaning test.

Plasma & corona pre-treatment

Atmospheric (Openair) and vacuum plasma plus corona systems for fine cleaning and surface activation, for reliable adhesion in bonding, coating and printing.

Ferben

CO₂ snow blasting

A dry cleaning process that leaves no blasting-medium residue. TeSe relies on the quattroClean and PowerSnow systems from its technology partner ACP Systems AG.

ACP

Laser cleaning

Non-contact, dry cleaning with pulsed laser light. Selective, gentle on the base material and free of chemicals. TeSe delivers laser cleaning with systems from its technology partner FEMTA.

FEMTA

Electrostatics & ionisation

Control electrostatics instead of suffering from it. With technology from partner Simco-Ion, TeSe discharges, charges and measures directly in the process, from ion gun and in-mould labelling to the intelligent IQ Easy platform.

Simco-Ion

Ultrasonic cleaning

Ultrasonic and megasonic cleaning remove contamination even from complex geometries, from a single tank to batch systems, matched to the part and its contamination.

Vibration cleaning

Mechanical cleaning through vibration and controlled flow across the part geometry, dry, wet or combined. Suitable for direct inline integration; implemented with technology partner Ossberger.

Ossberger

High-pressure cleaning & deburring

Water-based deburring and cleaning in a single process step. A precisely guided high-pressure water jet removes burrs and contamination, including in hard-to-reach areas.

Karl Roll

Wet-chemical cleaning

Aqueous cleaners, solvents or both in a hybrid system. Machine technology from Karl Roll, matched to part and contamination.

Karl Roll

Inline high-pressure cleaning

Continuous (pass-through) and inline cleaning in the production flow, above all for stamping strips and continuous products. Cleaning happens directly in the line, with short cycle times and gapless traceability.

RL Automation

Oiling

Controlled oiling and preservation after cleaning, precisely dosed and reproducible, as a standalone station or integrated into the cleaning line.
