How it works
In inline high-pressure cleaning, the material to be cleaned passes directly through the system — pass-through cleaning within the production flow rather than as a separate operation. The main application is stamping strips and continuous products: the strip runs continuously through the cleaning and drying zone, and a pressurised spray or flood jet dislodges chips, particles and machining residues. Individual parts can likewise be cleaned in the takt. Because cleaning is integrated into the line flow, intermediate storage is eliminated and traceability is preserved.
TeSe implements pass-through / inline cleaning with RL Automation — MICROCLEAN SCE for continuous products and strips, MICROCLEAN SC S200 for individual parts. Which cleaning mechanism is used depends on the part and the contamination; we advise in a technology-neutral way on whether the pass-through solution fits your task.
Advantages
- Continuous cleaning in the production flow — ideal for stamping strips and continuous products
- Short cycle times, no intermediate storage
- Cleaning and drying in a single system
- Gapless traceability
- Directly linkable with downstream oiling — cleaning and oiling in one flow
Typical applications
Stamping strips as the main application: the running strip is cleaned directly after stamping and can then be oiled in a defined way. In addition, cadenced single-part cleaning. The corresponding equipment is described on the page Single-piece-flow / inline systems.
Distinction: for the targeted deburring of complex internal geometries — e.g. valve blocks with intersecting bores, whose internal intersections must be deburred — the high-pressure cleaning & deburring process (Karl Roll) is the appropriate, jet-guided method.
Test the process at TeSe
Whether it makes sense to integrate your cleaning into the line is something we clarify on your original parts and cycle requirements: 1–2 hours of testing free of charge. In-depth feasibility studies: CHF 1’200 per day, 50% credited towards a machine purchase.
